Dave for Model Number RF4287HARS/XAA Samsung RF4287HARS Refrigerator. Ice maker will not make ice. Upon performing a reset, I hear the chime but nothing else happens. Water pressure appears to be good in the water dispenser. The only thing I have not done that I've seen suggested on other sites is do a total defrost to make sure there is not a frozen water line ( Is this possible?) Where should i begin in buying replacement parts? Ice maker itself? control board? water flow valve?
