Kristine for Model Number RS25J500DSR/AA Ice maker has frozen ice in the tray does not release, when the reset button is pushed/ held down nothing happens. The ice maker was replaced less than a year ago by Samsung but they are no help today. This was not a cheap fridge it is less than 5 years old and its already has the screen replaced the whole ice maker replaced and now i'm having the same issue can you please help!
