Jane for Model Number RS2578BB I recently purchased the DA97-00258C Samsung Icemaker Assembly from you and installed it. The tray will fill and rotate to dump the ice but it doesn't. The tray will then turn to the upright position. I can manually dump it to get ice, but I don't want to do that every time....Any suggestions on what the problem can be? Troubleshooting ideas?
