Paul for Model Number RF263BEAESR/AA-0000 This unit has an icemaker that overflows on fill. How do I adjust the fill so that the icemaker does not over flow?
Answer Hello Paul, You will need to replace the water inlet valve DA82-02869A. The unit basically fills on a time basis. It is opened for about 7 seconds and during that time, full water pressure from the home water supply is released into the icemaker. If the valve is sticking, it will stay open too long and overfill.
