Karen for Model Number RS25H5121SR/AA Presently, my ice maker is not making ice. I noticed this after the door was left ajar, by mistake, when a container fell inside the freezer. I have tried to turn on and off the ice maker as well as making sure the temperature of the freezer was low enough. What would you suggest.
