Sue for Model Number RSG257AARS/XAA-0000 Hello! A Samsung repairman looked at the unit and said it was the panel. I replaced the display panel part number DA41-00522A. Freezer still will not drop below 10 degrees and the fridge side is around 45-50 degrees. The panel is set for -2 and 36 degrees and claims that is what the temps are. I ran the self diagnostics Function it showed no errors. How do I check to see if there is a defrost issue? Would this be considered a sealed system error? In your customer help section I see where people replaced a temp sensor. Is this considered a sealed system error? My unit still is under the 5 year warranty but not for long! The repairman claimed he has never had to fix a sealed system problem. Thanks so much for any help you can provide. Sue
