Larry for Model Number rsg257aars 1. Ice maker does not make ice. If I press the reset, it cycles but no water enters the ice maker. I replaced the water valve on the back. Still does not make ice. We can get water out of the door. Any ideas? 2. Several of the leds on the touch panel do not light up. This is the 3rd panel. Probably need another one of those. 3. The freezer door clunks when opening and closing. Sound is coming from the bottom. Is this the cam riser? We are not happy with this unit. It is not very old. But a new counter depth refrig is way more than the cost of parts. Any help would be appreciated.
Answer Larry, For this issue with the LEDs not lighting up then the panel would need replaced. For the issue of no water coming into the icemaker check for a frozen fill tube and if it is not frozen then the icemaker would be the most likely issue.
