Julia for Model Number WF218ANW/XAA My washer is showing nd (not draining). I cleaned the debris filter, but that didn't help. The repairman looked at it and said it's a control board issue not the pump as he feels the pump (motor/ magnetic control) would still be making some noise. Has anyone had this issue?
Answer Julia, You would want to test to make sure that the pump is getting 120 vac to it. If it is but not running then this would be a bad drain pump. If there is no power getting to the pump then check the wiring between the pump and the board and if the wiring is ok then the board would be the issue. Read More...
