Douglas for Model Number Samsung RSG257AARS/XAA-0000 My freezer is to warm. I removed the back panel then the fan and tested it, it ran fine no noise or wobble apparent, no ice build up. I found some type of sensor plugged into the fan could this be the problem?
Answer Hello Douglas. It does not sound like the sensor. Check the condenser fan motor and make sure the condenser coils are clean on the unit. If so, then if there is no frost pattern on the coils, you have sealed system failure and will need an HVAC tech to repair the unit. Read More...
