Erin for Model Number Samsung RF367AERS My refrigerator is working just fine but the freezer is not cold enough. Everything has melted. The coils are not iced over and the defrost is working (I can feel it heat up) However the display temp shows the temp I set it to and not the actual temp. What part do I need? Is it the sensor temp? Thank you!
