James B for Model Number RF4287HARS/XAA-0000 The fingers that push the ice out of the mold get frozen in the ice itself and jams up the ice-maker. I have replaced the ice-maker it self with no luck. I do not know how the ice maker works its a timed cycle or if it is temp controlled? Any advice would be helpful.
