Steve for Model Number RF217ACRS/XAA My Freezer was registering -2F and ice cream and other things were soft. I Disconnected the fridge for 2 days and restarted now the freezer registers -25F but is not cooling. The refrigerator is now 50 degrees and dropping. But the freezer is still warm. I'm thinking it might be the freezer temperature sensor?
