Scott for Model Number Samsung RF323TEDBSR My unit is from 2013 and I have an issue with my temp. Several times now I have found food in my freezer to be thawed. When I push the temp display it will show the reading to be -2F which is what it is set for. Which with food being thawed we know it is not actually -2. If I unplug the unit and let it sit for a few minutes and plug it back it, the unit will reset and then it will display correct temp which may be 45F. Any idea if this is a sensor or computer issue?
Answer Scott, This issue would most likely be caused by a issue with the main control board as the sensor is reading the correct temp after power down. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, January 30, 2017
