1. when i put in the model number is pulls up a 0001-0004, but my model number doesn't have the extensions. What model part do I use bc they all have the -extensions. 2. i get no error codes on my cooling panel outside the fridge. But the temp inside the fridge is 50, but showing 34. freezer is working. fridge was actually showing correct inside temp and warm inside, but 3 days after taking out fan, the fridge actually cooled to 50-40, but temp showing on outside of fridge is 34 and "cool". not sure weather to replace the fan or thermostat or something else....please help. thank you

Answer

Coralee, Check and make sure the temperature control hasn't been reset to the Celsius range, by accident. Make sure the doors close and seal properly and the interior lights go out when the doors are closed. The refrigerator sensor DA32-00011D is a possibility, but based on your description and information the DA97-13756A Fan would be the more likely issue.
