Ryan for Model Number Samsung RF28HFEDBSR/AA I replaced the evap. fan in the unit when the refrigerator got warm because it would not run and it had been making noise. Afterwards, the new fan also wouldn't run. I never checked to see if it had power going to it. I have ordered a temperature sensor, but can't find where that might be. My question is: is this the most likely choice for the problem (freezer cold, compressor runs, but refrigerator much warmer unless the doors aren't opened for long periods)and, if so, where is the sensor located? Thanks!
Answer Ryan, The DA32-10104N Temp. Sensor is located in the evaporator area of the refrigerator compartment, behind the evaporator cover(rear wall). Based on your post information and description, you may want to recheck the DA81-06013A A/s-Assy Motor Fan;rf-H9 wiring and connections as well as the DC voltage from the main control board, first. Make sure you tape the door switches down, and the control is in a cooling mode when you carefully check for voltage to the fan motor. Thanks, Read More...
