Sean for Model Number RF323TEDBBC/AA-0001 I'm having a strange issue with my bottom ice maker. The ice is coming out a little but wet and freezing into large chunks. The food in the freezer is perfectly frozen but so some reason when the ice maker dumps the ice it is not fully frozen. I'm thinking the ice maker temp sensor is messed up and was planning on buying a new one. Think that would help? Side note, the upper ice maker has never worked. I've basically given up on that one. When I moved into my house that one was frozen solid. I thawed it all out, cleaned it up and it happened again so now I just keep it turned off. Would buying a new upper ice maker solve this? -Sean
Answer Sean, For this issue of the lower icemaker, it does sound like the sensor may be faulty and would need to get part number DA59-00294B. For the upper icemaker, it does sound like it would need to be replaced. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, August 20, 2020
