Bob for Model Number RF22R7351SR Trying to determine why my french door 7-month old (10 days out of warranty...) fridge is not cooling to the correct temp in the fridge compartment. freezer and flex draw working fine. I ordered a new condenser fan but that didn't work. the fan is not running, the seals are warm/hot. the condenser is warm/hot, ( i have a free-standing fan blowing air for now), I can hear a slight click when I plug in the fridge but no fan ignition, the fridge is displaying 35 degrees but it's really 45 with a thermometer. do I need a new controller board? or is it a simple sensor issue? I pulled the inside apart, no icing, etc, I think I can hear the evaporator fan working from the back. I have no voltmeter to check if it's a power issue. please help if possible. thank you
Answer Bob, If you have already replaced the condenser fan motor and it is not working then the issue will most likely be with the main control board. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, February 23, 2021
