Dwight R for Model Number 404.40183800 kenmore pro My refrigerator Is not working right. The cool is cool, but the freeze is not. We had lightning the other day, did it get a spike? Could the thermostat be bogus. Any other ideas? Help!
Answer Dwight, If you took a lightning strike, or had a voltage "spike" it's more likely the DA92-00248B main control board circuit(s) were damaged.
