The cover inside the refrigerator was froze on initially so be careful. I took a hair dryer to defrost all the ice build up behind the cover which eventually loosen for removal. AppliancePartsPros has several videos with there parts online & very qualified personnel to help. If your having issues with this model shut it down for a minute and turn back on. It had to do with the temp control of refrigerator being out of calibration. I logged into the temp control via the touch panel on front and set the proper temp from there. It now maintains 35deg when the touch panel say 35deg. Tex P Castle Rock , CO April 09, 2017 Appliance: Model RF26XARES Code read that the evap heater element had failed ordered new element and temp sensor The ice build was quite large ( my fault) so the defrost took quite awhile, so it took a long time to get to the fridge cleared. Once that was done the rest went well and all is working. I have ordered several different parts from you guys and always got the right one first time with fast part delivery.
