Mike for Model Number RF263TEAeww My refrigerator keeps freezing my milk etc. I have increased the temperature setting to 8 deg C and it is still doing it. I have moved items around the fridge to make sure I am getting good airflow and still no luck. What else could be wrong. The digital display on the front of the unit sometimes flashes 6, which I believe it means it thinks it is 6 degrees inside the fridge.
Answer Hello Mike, thank you for contacting Appliance Parts Pros. I would suspect you have a thermistor reading out of range, possibly the refrigerator thermistor [DA32-10104N]. If you can get that thermistor, or any of the others that you might test, out and place it in a glace of ice water for about 5 minutes, they should read around 13.29k ohms at 0 degrees C.
