Dana for Model Number WF448AAP/XAA I returned from vacation to find the latch to our Samsung washing machine would not latch. The error code indicated such. Curious which is most likely, the actual $5 latch might do the trick or if I likely need replace the entire mechanism? When I opened the door, the bottom screw fell out. Otherwise, as far as I can tell, all looks usual. Our housekeeper was here in our absence, but did not indicate anything in particular that happened regarding the machine.
