Bernie for Model Number RM257ABRS/ I have a Samson RM257ABRS 4 door refrigerator. It had ice buildup in the bottom of the freezer section this is the second time this has happened . A year ago I had the same problem I defrosted the refrigerator and removed the back of the freezer section and checked to make sure the drain was not clogged. I pored water down the drain and even put competed air though the tub to make sure it was not clogged. The ices has come back If the drain is not clogged what can cause this problem?
