Andrew B Rolling Prairie , IN January 08, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RB215LABP/XAA-0000 The refrigerator section was freezing food After reading stories on this website I decided the problem was probably the control board. I ordered the sensors also just in case. The display has been dim for awhile so I got that also. I replaced the board and the display in less than an hour. It is working perfectly now so I never installed the sensors. I believe the board was ruined by a recent power outage. The power flickered several times before it went out, I don't think the board could handle the fluctuations. This will be my go to place for parts from now on. Parts in stock and shipped fast. Joseph B Pittsburgh , PA December 20, 2014 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RF217ACRS/XAA Water leaking into fridge under veggie crisper drawer My son removed rear inside panel exposing evaporator coil, drain trough and drain hole which was plugged with ice. He poured hot water on the ice which melted after several hours and also added a copper heating wire from tht evap coil down into the drain hole. Finally he put things back together and set the temp to 42 degrees. Only time will tell if this corrects the problem. BTW, has anyone checked the reviews on Amazon for the Samsung RF217 acrs fridge? Ordered a new defrost sensor for my Samsung 2534 and shes running like new. No more frost ups. The thing I'm really happy with is the shipping. I ordered this part on a Friday afternoon and it was at my door Saturday by noon. Very impressed. I also can't complain that the part price was 40% cheaper then anywhere local. James B Palm Bay , FL June 09, 2016 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG 2556WW The freezer went warm evaporator frozen I unplugged the unit. Let the evap thaw. Measured with an ohm meter the temp sensor, defrost sensor and evap heaters. Defrost sensor measured completely " closed". Put sensor into hot water and ice, the reading never changed. Ordered sensor from AP PROS, got the part extremely fast, installed part, freezer was making ice in an hour. I did a lot of online research, too. Thanks, AP PROS! Freezer only down 3 days.
