Brian for Model Number RB197ACPN I think the temperature sensor is faulty in the freezer because the display shows a temperature much higher than the actual temperature in the freezer. Also, I think the freezer may be cooling a lot more that what the desired temperature is set to. Can you tell me how to access the temperature sensor for the freezer? I pulled the cover from the freezer evaporator and saw one sensor mounted on top of the evaporator, but I don't think this is the freezer temperature sensor.
