Judy for Model Number Samsung Side by Side I have one of the lemon Samsung models that does not drain on the freezer side and I have to go the blow dryer route about every 3 weeks or so. I just changed the defrost sensor. My question is since I have to go in so often, does it make any difference if I do not replace the six screws that hold the back panel on over the coils? The panel is plugged in, but is it really necessary to be tight? It just saves time.
Answer Judy, As long as the panel is in there and not falling out then it would not be necessary to put the screws back in. You may want to pull the unit out and check to make sure that the cap on the drain is not plugged up. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, April 18, 2017
