George, The sensors sound like it may be correct except the defrost sensor is high on resistance. You would want to check to make sure that the evaporator coils in the freezer have a full even frost pattern so you will want to turn the unit on and let it run for 24 hours then check the coils. If they do not have a full even frost pattern then this will be a sealed system issue and will need service.
