John for Model Number rtw4440v my washer is level and when it go on spin it will jump all over the place could the agitator bolt be loose.
Answer John, A loose agitator bolt would not be the issue, it could be loose, but shouldn't cause a washer to shake and vibrate. Are you sure the washer is level and the floor under the washer is solid, and the feet are all "locked" in place.
