Soccrmom for Model Number RF396LXEQ0 I possibly heard a pop, the oven reached high temperatures and the door locked. Had to unplug the range from the wall. After it cooled down, the door opened. When range plugged in the top elements of oven came on full blast and would not respond to pushing the on/off control. help please
Answer Soccermom, The issue with the unit would be that the relay for the broil element has stuck and will not allow the unit to shut off.
