Jan for Model Number 665.17263400 Kenmore Elite Dishwasher (old, very old) Does the drying 'vent' have a small blower in it? Or does the power only operate an open/close solenoid? I ask because I do not see moisture 'blowing' out of it, it is venting, but not blowing, just trickles out with convection. I'm fixing to tear the door off, to replace the air intake at the bottom, as the old one has cracked with age. That sounds like way too much fun, fraught with failure, so I thought I'd check on the vent, so, if necessary, I could replace it and get an 'easy win', as that looks pretty straightforward!
