Sandy for Model Number 110-20022012 My Kenmore washer isn't agitating correctly. It will only go in one direction a click or two at a time. It will spin OK. When there is a full load of water, it creates a whirlpool effect & water runs over the top into the floor. Can you give me an idea of what I need to look at first - the actuator, splutch, gear case? What exactly does the splutch do?
