Joshua for Model Number 110.22352510 The inner white gear piece of my splutch is being chewed up. Second new one I have installed, so I’m guessing this is a symptom of my issue, but not the problem. I have replaced the splutch shifter also (both newly installed last week). Any insight as to what is really going on would be helpful. Machine is not agitating, and most recently smelling like burning plastic (probably smell of splutch being rubbed/chewed)
Answer Hello Joshua, the correct meshing of the splutch teeth is very critical otherwise they will be damaged as you have found out, unfortunately, this problem is caused by the gearcase having an internal problem, the repair would be a new gearcase W11454734.
