Jen for Model Number LSQ9010LW0 Hi, like a few other customers I have the cam out to replace the dog and my cam/dogs will not fall out or budge at all. I have the short cam whirpool. Is there anything else that would be holding them in? The entire piece will not dislodge from the middle of the agitator beneath the fabric softener, even with the bolt out and the agitator complete removed from the washer. I've even tried pliers and there is no give. Thanks.
