Bruce, Open the refrigerator door and feel for air from the diffuser, if very little or no air coming through then open the freezer door and see if air starts coming through. If the air starts flowing with the freezer door open then you have a clogged return air duct which is located above the upper crisper on the left wall. There will be a grill over it that you will need to remove and then you would need to clear the duct.
