If not, it will cause moisture to get into the diffuser and cause ice to build up in there." then I asked a follow up question that looks like got missed: The doors on the fridge are misaligned. The fridge side is closing lower then the freezer side, and the rubber seal on the fridge side door appears to be bent away from the body of the fridge just slightly. Could this be my problem? If so, how do I fix these issues? Thanks.
Answer John, The diffuser could be the issue with the unit but you would want to check the thermistor to make sure that the thermistor resistance at room temperature should be 5K ohms.
