John for Model Number KitchenAid Superba Hi I bought a new diffuser since I could not feel any air flow from it. The freezer is nice and cold and the ice-making is fine, but the fridge was barely cool. When I took out the old diffuser I noticed that it was blocked with ice. I thought it was because it was not flowing and building up moister there. Anyway the new one also does not blow any air. What do you recommend? Should I meter if there's voltage to the connector? if So, what should I be looking for (AC, or DC voltage and how much voltage?). Thanks, John 310-872-8993
