Ralph for Model Number ksrs25fgss11 refrigerator not cold enough , not a defrost problem , no air coming out of damper , how can i check so i know it is a bad damper or the temp control
Answer Ralph, Check the temperature with a thermometer and if out of normal range then check the damper to make sure it is not jammed or frozen stuck with ice. Then check when the refrigerator is running to see if the damper is receiving power to the motor to open the damper. If there is power there and it doesn't open then replace the damper, if no power then trace back with the wiring diagram to see where the pwer is lost...(control or wiring.) Read More...
