Juan C. for Model Number KSRS25ILSS01 My refrigerator is not working properly only on the fridge side, freezer works fine. Temperature wont get colder after a certain temp. Still works just not as good. Anything you recommend I can do myself before taking it to shop? Thank you.
Answer Hello Juan. If there is no defrost problem, you will want to check out the thermistor WP2188819, and the diffuser WP2216112. Make sure the diffuser is opening and closing properly. If so, test the thermistor. It should read 2.7k ohms at 77°. If it is bad, you will need to replace the thermistor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
