Chris for Model Number 106.53652300 i have kenmore model # 106.53652300 side by side the freezer work good but the referigerator is not cooling and the defrost it got snow ,then after clean the snow it start to work fine for three or four days and build up snow again ,I do not know what the problem ,and which parts I need , Heater defrost or Bi-metal defrost or air diffuser,the divider got hot when I started after cleaning the snow ,could you please tell me what the problem ? and which parts need to replace .Thank you
Answer Chris, You will want to do a continuity test on the heater and the defrost thermostat to make sure that both have continuity. If there is continuity then the part is good.
