Alex for Model Number KSRS25CSMS00 Food on fridge side are getting too cold-getting freezed up, more on top shelf than on lower shelf. Sometimes I noticed water is on bottom of the freezer. Should I replace the thermostat?
Answer Hello Alex. Check and make sure the diffuser WP2216112 in the unit is opening and closing properly. If not, it will cause the items to freeze in the refrigerator.
