Dennis E for Model Number ET14JKXAW02 I have a ~1997 Whirlpool top-freezer refrigerator (it came with the house and is not in the best condition). There are three rectangular holes near the back between the freezer and the refrigerator section (which can be seen in the diagram of this model on your website). The middle hole has a styrofoam insert, which I believe is item 26 (diffuser) in the diagram. But there is nothing in the other two holes. Water drips through these two holes into the refrigerator. I don't think this is supposed to happen. It look like there are the remnants of a styrofoam piece in one of the holes. Should there be some sort of diffuser in the other holes? If so, what part number should I order? Thank you.
