Richard for Model Number GS6NVEXVS01 Ice is build in up on the air diffuser assembly, it means Ii need to change this part? Or something else could be bad?.I just change the thermistor and bi-metal. Thanks
Answer Hi Richard. Are both controls set mid-way only. If it is too cold in the freezer, then turn it back to 1/2 way setting (0°). Look at the back wall of the freezer. I noticed what you have changed. If the defrost heater is open (w/ohm meter), this part # is WP2323198.Please call 1-877-477-7278 A.P.P. Call Center.
