Brian for Model Number KERA205PSS2 Oven will not turn off. Cut breaker. Turned back on. Had an f3eo error. Took out oven sensor and tested fine. Replaced. Plugged in, turned on oven, then tried to turn off. Off button does not turn off. According to tech sheet, says to place in diagnostic mode by cancel, cancel, start. What button is cancel? Or is it possible it's just the membrane keypad.
Answer Hello Brian, The F3E0 code indicates the upper oven temperature sensor is open. If the wiring proves to be good, replace the temperature sensor WPW10181986. The unit not turning off could be a stuck relay on the control board WP9762811. If the cancel button causes no beep when pressed, the membrane switch WP9762103 can be the problem. Read More...
