Dean May 11, 2017 for Model Number Membrane Switch Part Number: AP6014122 I have purchased 3 of these membranes and each of them including the original that came with the machine have failed after 1 year. The OFF button stops working. Why do you continue to sell a part that does not work correctly?
1 Answer Hello Dean, We sell only manufacturers' recommended parts that come from the manufacturer. Questions of this nature should be directed to the manufacturer since we are only a parts distributor and do not manufacture any parts at all. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...
Shannon December 29, 2015 for Model Number KERA205PSS3 Our control panel shows the F2E0 Stuck Key Error. It happened during cleaning, when either water got in the control board or there was too much pressure applied to the keys on the panel (unsure which). Need to know how to proceed in repairing or replacing it. Thanks!
1 Answer Shannon, Pull the range out from installation to access the back. Remove power from the unit and remove the cover over the control panel. Disconnect the ribbon harness connection from the control board and then peel the membrane switch off the control panel and stick new one to it and reconnect. Read More...

Brian September 07, 2013 for Model Number KERA205PSS2 Oven will not turn off. Cut breaker. Turned back on. Had an f3eo error. Took out oven sensor and tested fine. Replaced. Plugged in, turned on oven, then tried to turn off. Off button does not turn off. According to tech sheet, says to place in diagnostic mode by cancel, cancel, start. What button is cancel? Or is it possible it's just the membrane keypad.
2 Answers Hello Brian, The F3E0 code indicates the upper oven temperature sensor is open. If the wiring proves to be good, replace the temperature sensor WPW10181986. The unit not turning off could be a stuck relay on the control board WP9762811. If the cancel button causes no beep when pressed, the membrane switch WP9762103 can be the problem. Read More...
