John for Model Number RBD275PRB Everything seems to work fine except neither heating element in the upper oven gets hot. I read that there is a switch in the door latch that shuts off both elements when thee door is open. The preheat countdown works fine, there are no trouble codes showing on the display, the convection fan runs just no heat. I hope you can help. Thank you
Answer John, The door switch will not cause the unit to shut the elements off but there is a thermal fuse on the back of the unit that may have trippedand caused this issue. If the thermal fuse WP9759243 will not reset then it will need replaced. If the thermal fuse is not blown then this will be an issue with the control board WPW10438750. Read More...
