Brett for Model Number MAH8700AWW I've replaced the pump and pressure sensor, but the pump won't turn on when it goes into the rinse cycle. The machine starts normally, fills up and washes, but won't drain. It will even do a spin only cycle. The hoses are not clogged, because it will drain when I syphon the water out. Is it a bad control panel, or did I get a defective pump? Thanks.
Answer Brett, We'd presume a new part would be operative, but anything can happen. We'll send you some information so you can conduct the board out test and check for voltage to the new drain pump, from the control board, with a multi meter. You'll be able to better determine wether you have a faulty control board, drain pump, or broken wire. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, August 23, 2012
