James for Model Number W10184148 When selector is to cold no water comes out. Cool or warm some water occasionally comes out. Hot water always comes out. Please help.
Answer James, We will need to have the model number of your unit to properly assist but you will want to check to see if there is 120 Vac getting to the water valve when set to cold. If there is not 120 Vac then the control would be the issue. If there is 120 Vac then check the screen on the water valve to ensure that it is not clogged up and if it is not then replace the valve.
