T.H. for Model Number etw4400wq0 I have 4 settings on my temp control knob. The cold/hot selection works fine, the others cold/cold, cool/cold, and warm/cold don't work. They will come on for about 30 seconds and stop. I push the cyle timer button off. Then on again and they will come on for 30 seconds again and stop. Do I need an ATC switch replaced? How do I trouble shoot and if this is the problem, how do I take the top back panel off to get to relace it? Thanks.
Answer Hello T.H! Make sure that both faucets are turned on. You most likely have a bad ATC switch WPW10184148. You will need to remove the two screws holding the end caps to the control panel and release the mounting tabs from the top. The control panel will lift up and back for access. Hope this helps!
