Brother Paul for Model Number WED8300SW2 I recently acquired a Whirlpool Duet Dryer and immediately had to replace the unattached (and non-functioning) heating element. Since the prior element was not attached, I don't have any idea which wires connect to which leads. Thank you.
Answer Hello Brother Paul, The heating element WP3387747 should read 7.8 to 11.8 ohms of resistance with no continuity to ground. The connections to the element do not matter since this is a non-polorized part, (the wires can be swapped and operation will not be affected). Read More...
