Busy Mom for Model Number WFW8400TW02 whirlpool duet front load washer. I recently purchased this washer and after i did a load of wash there was about a cupfull of water still in the bellow, it was actually coming out of the bellow. I took a wash cloth an soaked it up. Is this normal do i have to do this every wash? I have used other front load washing machines and never had this happen.

You will need to check the drain holes at the bottom of the door boot and see if they are clogged and not allowing the water to flow back into the tub assembly of the unit. Thank you. Read More...
