Answer Troy, Check and level the washer in both directions, make sure the washer is on solid floor and flooring. Remove the top panel and back panel to check the tub support springs on each side of the tub on top and the struts/shock absorbers on the bottom. You didn't mention any noises, but you may want to check the concrete counter balances to see if they've cracked or broke and the tub is shifting. Read More...
